68% Togo by Zotter

And another small bar of 68% chocolate from Zotter - Togo. To my shame, before that I did not even know that there is a country with that name. But now, thanks to chocolate, Togo appeared on my world map :)

But let's get back to the chocolate. Zotter painstakingly paints what we should feel, what notes, what fruits, and the like. And, of course, it anchors, because just when I opened the bar and saw its pleasantly light brown color, I almost immediately smelled the aroma of candied cherries that I just read about :)
The taste is interesting and very pleasant. Pretty sweet, apparently, still 68% cocoa is not enough and the remaining 32% sugar is felt very clearly.

From the promised tastes, I found those candied cherries, and from what was not mentioned, it seemed to me there were light notes of coffee and a little caramel. And a little more astringency at the end. Very delicious chocolate!
I think those who like the sweeter will especially like it. For me, this is a very good four stars.

І знову невелика плиточка 68% шоколаду від Zotter - Togo. На мій сором, до цього я навіть не знав, що є країна з такою назвою. Але тепер, завдяки шоколаду, Того з'явилося на моїй мапі світу :)

Але повернемося до шоколаду. Zotter досить майстерно розписує, що ми повинні відчути, які нотки, які фрукти тощо. І, звичайно, це якорить, бо тільки но відкривши плитку і побачивши її приємно світло-коричневий колір, я майже відразу почув запах зацукрованих вишень про які щойно прочитав :)
Смак цікавий та дуже приємний. Досить солодко, мабуть, все-таки 68% какао це обмаль і решта 32% цукру відчуваються дуже добре.
З обіцяних смаків я знайшов там ці самі зацукровані вишні, а з того, що не було згадано, мені здалося там є легкі нотки кави і трошки карамелі. І ще трохи терпкості наприкінці. Дуже смачний шоколад!
Я думаю, особливо сподобається тим кому подобається більш солодке. Для мене це дуже хороша четвірка.
