70% Đák Nông by Solstice

Here we have the third bar from the Solstice batch I ordered from their website. This one is Đák Nông from Vietnam. The packaging is as nice as ever, though there’s plastic inside.

The flavor notes promised are dried plums, raisins, and marzipan, and the aroma immediately reveals dried fruit scents, something very similar to raisins or dried cherries. The taste is quite sweet but very enjoyable. I really liked it, though I wouldn’t mind a bit more cacao and less sugar - but maybe that would upset the balance and make it worse, who knows? I can't say for sure.

But the fact remains that the chocolate is great, and it’s sweet. It’s a very good, strong four stars. And by the way, there’s indeed something almondy in the aftertaste, though the aftertaste itself isn’t very long-lasting.

Перед нами третя плитка від Solstice з партії яку я замовив на їх сайт. Це Đák Nông з В'єтнаму. Упаковка все така ж прикольна, всередині правда пластик.
У смаку нам обіцяють сушені сливи, родзинки і марципани і запах одразу видає аромати сушених фруктів, щось дуже схоже на родзинки або сушені вишні. На смак доволі солодко, але дуже прикольно. Мені в цілому дуже сподобалося трошечки більше би какао і менше цукру, але можливо щось би в цьому балансі тоді зламалося і вийшло би гірше, не знаю, не беруся стверджувати.

Але факт є фактом, шоколад класний, шоколад солодкий. Це дуже непогана така, сильна я би сказав, четвірка. І до речі, у післясмаку дійсно є щось таке мигдальне, хоча сам післясмак доволі не тривалий.
