70% Dark Chocolate by Charbonnel et Walker

I decided to open this bar early, so that if I don't like it much - and I predict that will be the case - there won't be any question of whether the chocolate was fresh enough. My bias is based purely on experience, as the bonbons we bought from the same store were some of the worst I've ever had. It was a sugar overload. So, to avoid any factors like time, temperature, or humidity affecting the rating, we're opening this bar now.

I'll say right away, the chocolate is much better than the bonbons. It's still very sweet, with not even a hint of acidity, and there is bitterness, but it's barely noticeable. That's it, there's really nothing more to add. Let's say, you can eat this chocolate, but considering the price it's sold for, it's absolutely not worth it. It's an average three stars, leaning toward the lower end, around 3.2. I definitely won't be buying it again.

Я вирішив відкрити цю плитку однією з перших, щоб коли вона мені не сильно сподобається, а я вангую що так і станеться, не було питання чи був шоколад достатньо свіжий. А упередженне ставлення базується суто на досвіді, тому що цукерки які ми купили в тому самому магазині, були одні з гірших які я коли-небудь їв. Це просто було якесь цукрове свавілля. Так от щоб запобігти часу чи температурі або вологості вплинути на оцінк, ми відкриваємо цю плитку зараз.

Одразу скажу, що шоколад набагато краще ніж цукерки. Він все ще дуже солодкий, тут немає і натяку навіть на кислоту, гіркота присутня, але ледве помітна. Все, більше особливо додати нема чого. Скажімо, їсти цей шоколад можна, але враховуючи ціну за яку він продається, абсолютно не варто. Це середня така трієчка з ухилом в нижчу частину трійки, щось біля 3.2. Більше я його купувати нізащо не буду.
