70% Noir Ghana-Madagascar By Oberweis

Last Oberweis bar from the summer batch. And this one just looks much better than the rest - it has not melted, has not turned white, has not become moldy. In general, it looks very decent. Although the packaging is still bad :(

The smell of the bar is sweet and acidic. There is still quite a lot of chocolate, classic Oberweis. But still Madagascar acid makes itself felt, especially if you chew chocolate. There is enough sweetness too, bitterness in the background. There is a little astringency. It is quite edible, unpretentious four stars.

Остання плитка Oberweis із літньої партії. І ось вона якраз виглядає найкраще - не розплавилася, не побіліла, не заплісніла. Загалом виглядає дуже пристойно. Хоча упаковка така само погана :(

Запах у плитки кисло-солодкий. Ще є досить багато шоколадності, класичний Oberweis. Але все ж таки мадагаскарська кислота дається взнаки, особливо якщо жувати шоколад. Солодощі теж вистачає, гіркота на задньому плані. Є трохи терпкості. Їсти цілком можна, простенька четвірочка.
