71% Criolo by Xocolat Manufaktur

This is the second bar from Xocolat Manufaktur, this is pure 71% chocolate. I liked it less than the 75% Edelherb we had before, but it is still well-made and delicious chocolate. It's very simple and looks like the heat has damaged it a bit, so it's not in perfect fresh chocolate condition, but it's not stale either.

As for the rating, I'll probably stick with three stars because it's pretty sweet. And this sweetness is not interrupted by any additional flavors, which makes chocolate a little boring. This is a very good three, almost four. Next time I visit a Xocolat store, I'll take the 75+% and then it's almost a guaranteed hit.

Це дуже хороші три, майже чотири, зірки. Наступного разу коли я відвідаю магазин Xocolat, я буду брати 75+% і тоді це буде майже гарантоване влучання.
