The chocolate I bought at a local grocery store, which is usually not very cheap, and this bar of 70 grams cost me 6 dollars, which is also a lot. But since I almost ran out of chocolate, I decided to try something new. And so we open this bar. Although in fact it is not a bar, but three separate small bars. On the one hand, it's very convenient if you want to share with someone, it's really great, especially when there are three of you. If there are more of you, then sorry, buy another one :)

The packaging promises not just chocolate, but chocolate in chocolate, that is, chocolate filling. The non-chocolate ingredients include only coconut oil. Probably for the ganache. The chocolate was fresh, I liked it. It's really a little bit fruity. The floral taste is of medium intensity, which is softened or diluted by ganache and becomes not very intense. The taste of some sweet fruits dominates. But overall I liked it.
It's definitely not five stars, but a good four. I think this is partly due to the fact that the chocolate is very fresh. And ganache depends a lot on freshness.

Шоколад який я придбав у місцевому магазині продуктів в якому зазвичай все не дуже дешево і ця плиточка 70-й грамів коштувала мені 6 долларів, що теж немало. Але так як шоколад в мене майже закінчився, я вирішив спробувати щось новеньке. І ось ми відкриваємо цю плитку. Хоча насправді це не плитка, а три окремі невеличкий плиточки. З однієї сторони дуже зручно, якщо хочеться поділитися з кимось це прям супер, особливо коли вас троє. Якщо вас більше, то вибачте купіть ще одну :)

Упаковка обіцяє не просто шоколад, а шоколад в шоколдаді, тобто шоколадний наповнювач. В складі з не шоколадних інгрідієнтів тільки кокосова олія. Мабуть для ганашу. Шоколад був свіжим, мені сподобався. Він дійсно такий трошки фруктовий. Середньої інтенсивності квітковий смак, який пом'якшується чи розбавляється ганашем і стає не сильно інтенсивним. Домінує смак якихось солодких фруктів. Але в цілому мені сподобалось.
Це точно не п'ять зірочок, але непогані чотири. Мені здається, частково це із-за того що шоколад дуже свіжий. А ганаш дуже залежить від свіжості.
