75% Grand Cru Haïti by À la Mère de Famille

This is the second and last bar from the candy shop À la Mère de Famille, and it’s a 75% Haiti bar. The packaging is just as poor as the previous Peruvian bar - basically no protection. The chocolate itself is very straightforward, with nothing particularly unique or interesting about it. The main thing that stands out is how sweet it is - far too sweet for a 75% cacao bar, in my opinion. So, I’m rating this one lower than the previous: a solid three stars.

Сам шоколад дуже простий, без якоїсь родзинки чи цікавинки, єдине, що він дуже солодкий, як на мене, навіть занадто для 75% какао. Тому цю плитку я оціню нижче, ніж попередню: стабільна трійка.
