I will not describe the packaging and appearance, as I have already written a lot about Pralus bars. But the taste of this bar is very good. Oily, with a good acidity. It is not as pronounced as, for example, in the Dominican Republic, but also strong enough. Feels even in the aftertaste. While the chocolate has not melted yet, there is even a little of astringency, but not from cocoa, as usual, but from the acid. There are also enough of sugar. Balance is sustained very well. Solid 5. Must purchase in the next foray on Pralus store.

Не описуватиму упаковку і зовнішній вигляд, так як про плитки Pralus'а я написав уже багато чого. Але смак цієї плитки дуже хороший. Маслянистий, з гарною такою кислинкою. Вона не так виражена як, наприклад, у Домініканській Республіці, але теж досить сильна. Відчувається ще в післясмаку. Поки шоколад ще не розтанув, є навіть трохи в'язкості, але ніби не від какао, як звичайно, а від кислоти. Солодкості теж вистачає. Баланс витриманий дуже добре. Тверда 5. Обов'язкова до придбання наступного набігу на Pralus магазин. ДУУУЖЕ рекомендую!
