80% Neropuro by Ciomod

I think I bought this bar in Austria, in Innsbruck at the Xocolat store. It was one of the few bars of other brands in this store. And one of the few in which there was enough cocoa and there were no various additions, because most of the products of this store are chocolate with various added ingredients - fruits, or herbs, or alcohol, or nuts, dried fruits, etc. Right here we have pure 80% cocoa and on the package we are promised that the chocolate is made according to ancient recipes at a low temperature when the brown sugar does not melt. And the bar looks interesting, not quite a standard shape. Unfortunately, it succumbed to the heat a little, even though it was wrapped in foil. But it can be seen that it began to melt a little, and its structure changed - white bloom appeared.

You can really see the sugar on the crack, it's quite strange, I've never seen that before. I saw coarsely ground cocoa, or something sugared, but not individual sugar grains. The taste is very simple, unpretentious, but quite good, I liked it. I don't really like such granulated chocolate that squeaks on the teeth, because this one does squeak, but today I liked it despite the squeak. This is a good four stars.

Цю плитку здається мені я купив в Австрії, в Інсбруку в магазині Xocolat. Це була одна з небагатьох плиток інших брендів в цьому магазині. І одна з небагатьох в яких було достатньо какао і не було різних домішків, бо більшість продукції цього магазину це шоколад з різними домішками: або фрукти, або трави, або алкоголь, або горіхи, сухофрукти ну і тому подібне. Тут же в нас чисті 80% какао і на упаковці нам обіцяють що шоколад виготовлено за старовинними рецептами при низькій температурі коли коричневий цукор не розтає. І на вигляд плитка цікава, не зовсім стандартна форма. На жаль вона трошки піддалася спеці хоча і була загорнута у фольгу. Але видно що вона трошечки почала плавитися, і в неї змінилася структура - з'явився білий наліт.
На зламі дійсно видно цукор, це досить дивно, такого я ще не бачив. Бачив крупно молоте какао, або щось зацукроване, а не окремо цукринки. Смак дуже простенький, невибагливий, але досить хороший, мені сподобалось. Я не сильно люблю такий гранульований шоколад який скрипить на зубах, бо цей прямо таки скрипить, але сьогодні мені сподобалось не дивлячись на цей скрип. Це хороша четвірочка.
