88% Super Dark Blend by Askinoise

Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly where I bought this chocolate, but upon seeing the pattern on the bar with the inscription, I recalled that I had already tried another chocolate from this manufacturer. That bar was so-so, so I was prematurely filled with skepticism, but continued to try the chocolate as one should.

Here we have a mix of beans from Tanzania and Ecuador. I usually like Tanzanian beans, while Ecuadorian ones can be hit or miss for me. Well, let's just say this was one of those misses. I don't know if it's the Ecuadorian beans or if the mix just didn't turn out well, but I didn't get much enjoyment from the chocolate. Sure, it's edible, it's dark chocolate, there's no off-flavors, but it's too bitter - more than I'd like. There's almost no acidity, almost no sweetness, just a rather bitter mud. Although the manufacturers assure us that this is "very dark chocolate without bitterness." If I weren't eating it now, I might have believed it.
We were also promised nuttiness, molasses, and burnt caramel. There's something burnt, but unfortunately, I didn't find any caramel. There's also some unusual aftertaste, but I can't say I like it. Maybe it's the flavor profile of these beans giving the chocolate its uniqueness, but for me, it's more of a minus than a plus.
Three stars, and considering the chocolate costs around $10, I wouldn't buy it again.

На жаль я не пам'ятаю точно де саме я купив цей шоколад, але побачивши розмітку плитки з надписом, я згадав що вже їв інший шоколад цього виробника.Та плитка була так собі, тож я трошки передчасно наповнився скепсисом, але продовжив пробувати шоколад, як це і має бути.
Тут в нас суміш Танзанії і Еквадору. Танзанійські боби зазвичай мені подобаються, а еквадорські коли як, не завжди. Ну і скажімо так, це той випадок коли це так собі. Я не знаю, чи це Еквадор чи взагалі суміш не дуже хороша вийшла, але якогось задоволення від шоколаду я не отримав. Так його можна їсти, це темний шоколад, тут немає якихось сторонніх присмаків, але він занадто гіркий, більше ніж хотілося б. Майже немає кислоти, майже немає солодкості, таки собі гіркий бруд. Хоча виробники запевняють що це "дуже темний шоколад без гіркоти". Як би я зараз його не їв, то може і повірив би ) Також нам було обіцяно горіховість, патоку і підгорівшу карамель. Згорівше щось є, а карамелі на жаль я не знайшов. Є ще якийсь нестандартний присмак, але не можу сказати що він мені подобається. Можливо це саме смаковий профіль цих бобів і це надає шоколаду якусь свою родзинку, але для мене вона йде не в плюс, а в мінус.
Три зірочки, а якщо враховувати що шоколад коштує ~ $10, то більше би я не став його купувати.
