88% Zoque by Original Beans

Once again, Original Beans did not disappoint and justified my hopes! We have 2 (or rather already one and a half) bars of 88% chocolate from Mexican cocoa. Nice and rather minimalistic packaging, familiar pattern, traditionally light in color and quite intense taste of honest cocoa. Not for weaklings, definitely, but we are not weaklings so to say :) there is almost no acid, but a lot of bitterness, which is not particularly sharp. Good 4 stars.

В черговий раз Original Beans не підвели та виправдали мої сподівання! У нас в запасі є дві (точніше вже півтори) плитки 88% шоколаду з мексиканського какао. Красива та досить мінімалістична упаковка, знайомий візерунок, традиційно світлий колір та досить інтенсивний смак чесного какао. Не для слабаків, однозначно, але ми й не слабаки:) майже немає кислоти, але багато гіркоти. Але не особливо різкої. Гарні 4 зірки.
