70% Baratti & Milano Chocolate with Arabica Coffee

A bar of Italian chocolate bought in Italy. I had no much hopes for it. But once bought, should be eaten. The packaging is quite decent, shiny, a little pretentious box and golden sealed foil.

The smell is nice coffee, it is Italy after all :)
Coffees are different. Some varieties are too acidic, some too bitter. And the smell immediately tells it. Here the smell is quite soft.
Сhocolate was reluctant to melt, but it didn't have much choice. First taste was sweet coffee, then some notes of cocoa cut through. In the end there were small grains of coffee.

In general, as usual, we suddenly got a good four stars :)

Придбана в Італії плитка італійського шоколаду. Особливих надій на неї я не мав. Але раз купилася, має бути з'їдена. Упаковка цілком пристойна, блискуча, трохи пафосна картонка і золотиста запаяна фольга.
Запах приємно-кавовий, це ж Італія :)
Кава каві теж різниця. Деякі сорти надто кислі, деякі надто гіркі. І запах одразу про це скаже. Тут запах досить м'який.
Танув шоколад неохоче, але куди йому подітися. Спочатку солодкувато-кавовий, потім прорізаються нотки какао. Наприкінці залишаються дрібні крупинки кави.

Загалом і в цілому, як зазвичай це буває, раптово вийшла гарна четвірка :)
