70% Leonidas Dark Chocolate

I saw this bar in Amsterdam Duty Free. Just before departure to Reykjavik.

I did not really believe in this bar, which flaunted among M&M's and Toblerons. But a quick google query returned that Leonidas is not the worst chocolate of Belgian origin. And I made up my mind. As it turned out not in vain. Okay, the packaging and design of the bar does not shine with novelty and originality, but the taste of chocolate was a pleasant surprise, especially in comparison with the previous few bars.
We opened it directly on the Icelandic glacier (it can be seen in the background).
Harmonious sweetness and bitterness, almost complete absence of acid. After each piece I wanted more. Solid four stars.

Я побачив цю плитку в Амстердамському Duty Free. Перед вильотом до Рейк'явіку. Я не дуже повірив у цю плитку, яка красувалася серед M&M'сів та Tobleron'ів. Але швидкий google запит сказав що Leonidas не найгірший шоколад бельгійського походження. І я наважився. Як виявилося не дарма. Нехай упаковка та дизайн плитки не блищать новизною та оригінальністю, але смак у шоколаду виявився приємним сюрпризом, особливо на тлі попередніх кількох плиток.
Відкривали ми її прямо на ісландському льодовику (його видно на задньому плані).
Гармонійна насолода та гіркота, майже повна відсутність кислоти. Після кожного шматочка хотілося ще. Тверда четвірка.
