75% Bolivie by Reine Astrid

This is the second and last bar from Reine Astrid, which I think I bought in Versailles. The bar has developed a bit of white bloom, though its true color is still partly visible. It’s a 75% Bolivia, and to me the chocolate feels a bit on the dry side. Sometimes chocolate can be very fatty, sometimes it comes out dry — like this one.

Overall, it’s not bad: a little acidic, something in between mildly sour coffee and barberry, with a touch of bitterness. Maybe if it were fresher it would taste slightly different, but as it is now, I’m giving it three stars.

Це друга і остання плитка від Reine Astrid, яку я, як мені здається, купив у Версалі. Плитка трохи покрилася білим нальотом, хоча її справжній колір теж частково видно. Це 75% Болівія, і шоколад, як на мене, трохи сухуватий. Іноді шоколад буває сильно жирним, іноді буває сухим — як, наприклад, цей.

У цілому він непоганий: трохи кислуватий, щось середнє між кислуватою кавою та барбарисом, ну і трохи гіркоти. Можливо, свіжим він би смакував трохи інакше, але наразі це три зірки.
