75% Opus 2019 by Zotter

A seasonal chocolate bar from Zotter. You cannot buy it in the American Zotter store, it simply isn’t there, but after some manipulations, I received 3 bars from Austria. Keeping in mind the very nice seasonal bar of 2017, I decided it is better to take a chance and buy three bars than buy one bar and then sadly stare at the empty packaging ... Well, to be honest, the risk of buying something "so-so" when buying Zotter chocolate is quite minimal. My experience of eating over 30 different bars from this manufacturer will not let me lie.

The chocolate really smells a little of blackberries and ... chocolate :) delicious chocolate. It tastes slightly bitter, slightly more than other Zotter bars in this cocoa percentage range. And a little less oily, although not dry. In the aftertaste, of course, there is a little dry astringency, but only at the very end. Not a bad mix, good 4 stars. It's not a masterpiece, but it's still good. But still, the bar of 2017 seemed to be a little tastier.

Сезонна плитка шоколаду від Zotter. Купити її в американському магазині Zotter не можна, її там просто немає, але трохи роботи і я отримав 3 плиточки з самої Австрії. Пам'ятаючи про дуже приємну сезонну плитку 2017 року, я вирішив що краще ризикнути і взяти 3 ніж взяти одну плитку і потім сумно розглядати порожню упаковку. Ну і, чесно кажучи, ризик купити щось не дуже при покупці шоколаду Zotter, досить мінімальний. Мій досвід поїдання більше 30 різних плиток цього виробника не дасть збрехати.

Шоколад справді трохи пахне ожиною та... шоколадом :) смачним шоколадом. На смак він гіркуватий, трохи більш ніж інші плитки Zotter'а в цьому діапазоні вмісту какао. І трохи менш маслянистий, але не сухий. У післясмаку, звичайно, є трохи сухої терпкості, але тільки наприкінці. Непогана суміш на хороші 4 зірки. Це не шедевр, але все одно добре. А все ж таки плитка 2017 року здається була трохи смачнішою.
