79% Сuba by Pierre Marcolini

This is a bar I bought in Paris, but it’s actually from Brussels. The packaging strongly reminded me of bars from Michalak, though this producer at least put the chocolate in a plastic pouch.

Still, packaging is important, but the chocolate itself matters even more, and here it’s honestly very mediocre. To be frank, not worth attention. I immediately disliked the aroma when opening the plastic pouch, and the taste only confirmed my concerns. There’s a strange bitterness, like overroasted cocoa, and it almost feels like cheap chocolate with vanillin, even though there’s nothing like that in the ingredients.

It’s not tasty — I regretfully give this chocolate two stars, but it’s really not good.
I think I have a few more bars from this producer; hopefully, they’ll be better.

Це плитка, яку я придбав у Парижі, але вона з Брюсселя. По упаковці дуже нагадала мені плитки від Michalak, хоча цей виробник принаймні запакував шоколадку в пластиковий пакет.

Втім, хоча упаковка важлива, сам шоколад набагато важливіший, і тут він, м’яко кажучи, дуже посередній. А якщо чесно, то не вартий уваги. Мені одразу не сподобався запах, коли я відкрив цей пластиковий пакетик, ну і смак у цілому мої побоювання підтвердив. Якась дивна гіркота пересмаженого какао, ніби їсиш дешевий шоколад із ваніліном, хоча нічого такого в складі немає.

Це не смачно — з прикрістю ставлю цьому шоколаду дві зірки, але це дійсно несмачно.
Здається, у мене є ще кілька плиток цього виробника, дуже сподіваюсь, що вони будуть смачнішими.
