81% Meetty Dark Chocolate

The second bar from Ukrainian chocolatier Dmitry. The first one was with salt. And although there were some questions it got its 4 stars. No salt here, so there's no one to blame :)

The packaging is almost identical to the first bar - an interesting picture, a thin foil wrapped almost certainly by hand. And classic tiles. The smell is very much like the smell of a bar with salt - a bit acidic. It seems to me that the beans are the same, just there is more of them here. After reading the packaging, I realized that I was right and that the beans in both bars are Ecuadorian.
The taste is bitterish-acid, but a sufficient amount of cocoa butter softens the whole thing. One of my colleagues who tried the bar said that there's not enough sugar in it. Which is true, but do not forget that there is 81% cocoa here. Feelings remained a bit mixed, generally not bad, but not that great either. 4 stars. On the edge.

Друга плитка українського шоколатьє Дмитра. Перша була з сіллю. І хоча питання до неї були, вона отримала свої 4 зірки. Тут же солі немає, звалювати нема на кого :)
Упаковка практично ідентична з першою плиткою - цікава картинка, тонка загорнута фольга майже напевно вручну. І класичні плиточки. Запах дуже сильно схожий на запах плитки із сіллю – трохи кислуватий. Здається мені, що боби однакові, просто тут їхній вміст більше. Почитавши упаковку, я зрозумів що мав рацію та що боби в обох плитках еквадорські.
Смак гіркувато-кислий, але достатня кількість какао-масла пом'якшує всю цю справу. Один мій колега, котрий спробував плитку сказав що цукру обмаль. Що є правда, але не варто забувати що тут 81% какао. Відчуття залишилися трохи змішані, загалом непогано, але й не фонтан. 4 зірки. На межі.
