72% Caramelized Cocoa Nib Bar by Charles Chocolates

I accidentally found chocolate of this, new to me, producer in a local pharmacy. Sometimes I go there to check if something new has appeared, and sometimes I get lucky. And this time I came out with this beautiful bar of chocolate. Charles Chocolates is well represented there, but everything is somehow about exotic additives, and not about pure chocolate. Even this bar contains a fair amount of caramelized cocoa nibs. And it kind of saves the bar.

In general, it seemed to me that chocolate is mediocre, but these cocoa nibs pulls the entire product to the four stars shelve. Such a nice chocolate candy. Sweet, but tasty :) Pairs great with a cup of tea!

Шоколад цього, нового для мене, виробника я виявив у місцевій аптеці. Іноді я заходжу туди щоб перевірити чи не з'явилося чогось нового, і іноді удача мені посміхається. І цього разу я вийшов звідти з цією гарною плиткою шоколаду. Charles Chocolates досить широко представлений, але все якось про екзотичні добавки, а не про чистий шоколад. Ось навіть ця плитка містить порядну кількість карамелізованої крихти какао-бобів. Вона все й витягує.

Загалом, як мені здалося, шоколад на трійку, але ця крихта какао витягує весь продукт на четвірочку. Така собі шоколадна цукерка. Солодка, але смачна :) Із чаєм йде на ура!
