75% Barre Infernale Café by Françoise Pralus

Visiting Pralus shops in Paris I noticed a new for me bar with coffee - Barre Infernale Café. Being a fan of Pralus chocolate, I immediately decided and bought some of these coffee bars.

To my surprise, I did not find the percentage of chocolate on the packaging and even on the pralus website. Therefore, I took the liberty of assigning this chocolate 75%, based on the fact that the vast majority of pralus bars contain exactly 75% cocoa.

Taste and smell are simply saturated with coffee, chocolate is very difficult to distinguish here. It also feels like coffee fudge contains a lot of sugar. Very sweet and coffee. In general, it’s not bad, especially if you like coffee, but still the next time I will just buy more of pure bars. Let us dwell on the modest 4 stars.

Відвідуючи магазини Pralus'а у Парижі я помітив там новий для мене батончик з кавою - Barre Infernale Café. Будучи фанатом Pralus'а, я відразу наважився і прикупив декілька цих кавових батончиків.

На мій подив, я не знайшов процентного вмісту шоколаду на упаковці і навіть на сайті. Тому я взяв на себе сміливість присвоїти цьому шоколаду 75%, виходячи з того, що переважна більшість плиток Pralus'а містять саме 75% какао.
Смак і запах просто просякнуті кавою, шоколад тут розрізнити дуже складно. Також за відчуттями кавова помадка містить багато цукру. Дуже солодко та кавово. В цілому не погано, особливо якщо ви любите каву, але все ж таки наступного разу я накуплю більше чистого шоколаду. Зупинимося на скромних 4 зірках.
