75% Equateur by François Pralus

The penultimate Pralus bar from the Lyon party. This time the bar was also facing me, like with the glorious Ghana bar. I would wrap all the bars this way if I were comrade Pralus. The brand touch, so to speak.

So the smell, it is acidic and heavy.
The taste is really bitter, as promised on the package. Much more bitter than the rest of the Pralus bars. Although it's a bit buttery in the beginning, it is very quickly extinguished by bitter, earthy astringency. I do not know why earthy, but there is something here from the taste of the earth. Some acid was found, but I did not find any dry figs there.
I could not eat much, after 6 pieces I stopped without much effort. But anyway, I could not put it below 4 stars shelf.

Передостання плитка Pralus'а з Ліонської партії. На цей раз плитка теж лежала обличчям до мене, як і славна плитка Гана. Я б на місці товариша Pralus'а загортав так усі плитки. Так би мовити, фірмовий штрих.
Отже запах – кислуватий, важкий.
Смак справді гіркий, як і обіцяно на упаковці. Набагато гірший ніж інші плитки Pralus'а. Хоча на самому початку є маслянистість. Але вона дуже швидко гаситься гіркою землистою терпкістю. Не знаю чому землистою, але щось є тут від смаку землі. Кислинка виявилася, А ось сухих фіг я там не знайшов.
Багато з'їсти я не зміг, після шести шматочків я без особливих зусиль зупинився. Але як би там не було, поставити нижче 4 зірок я не зміг.
