75% Venezuela by Maison Le Roux

This is the third bar from the Venezuelan contest that we recently arranged. This French chocolate, bought at the Maison Le Roux company store, was fighting very worthy. A nice dense cardboard, though the color looks rather unconvincing in the photo. Plastic bag and classic pattern.

In blind testing, this chocolate got the third place and honorable 4 stars. The taste is full of floral sweet tones, which I'm not a biggest fan of. Otherwise, everything was not bad. Honest 4 stars, which nevertheless loses to Pralus and Jean-Paul Hévin.

Це третя плитка з венесуельського забігу, який ми нещодавно влаштовували. Цей французький шоколад, куплений у фірмовому магазині Maison Le Roux тримався дуже гідно. Приємна щільна картонка, правда, колір досить непереконливо виглядає на фото. Пластиковий пакет та класична розмітка.

У сліпому тестуванні цей шоколад отримав третє місце та почесні 4 зірки. Смак насичений солодкими квітковими тонами, які я не дуже люблю. В решті все було непогано. Чесні 4 зірки, які все ж таки програють плиткам від Pralus та Jean-Paul Hévin.
