85% Seriously Dark Hands Off My Chocolate

Today we got a familiar stranger - a bar from known to us Hands Off my Chocolate, but this time it’s not 70%, but all 85%, so all is very serious, as the name of the bar warns us.
Familiar to us plastic packaging, which handled heat and humidity no worse than many others, and perhaps much better. I don’t know what the thing is, but the chocolate looks very good, although it went with us through half of Europe and flew to America.

The bar is formed by a set of already familiar to us rounds, that have MINE written on them, and only one of them got YOURS, and this YOURS is crossed out :)
The smell is rather heavy, there's some acidicty in it. The taste starts with a little of astringency. It is not bad, it does not knit the whole mouth, but it is definitely felt there. Then there's also such a heavy bitterness. The combination is not five-stars, of course, but there is something in it. Such a good quality chocolate, which is not a shame to open and treat someone or treat yourself. Just like this - 4 stars.

Перед нами знайома незнайомка - плитка від знайомих нам Hands Off my Chocolate, але цього разу це не 70%, а всі 85% , так що все досить серйозно, як і попереджає нас назва.
Знайома нам пластикова упаковка, яка впоралася не гірше за багатьох інших, а можливо і набагато краще. Незнаю в чому тут сіль, але шоколад виглядає дуже добре, хоча він так само їздив з нами по половині Європи і летів до Америки.
Вся плитка, це знайомі вже нам кругляші, на яких написано що це МІЙ шоколад і тільки на одному написано ТВІЙ, причому це ТВІЙ перекреслено.
Запах важкуватий, відчувається легка кислинка, у смаку ж відчувається трохи терпкості. Вона непогана, вона не в'яже весь рот, але вона там безперечно відчувається. Ще така щільна важка гіркість. Комбінація не п'ятибальна, звичайно ж, але щось у ній є. Добротний такий гарний шоколад, який не соромно розгорнути і почастувати когось і самому з'їсти. Дуже навіть непогано, якось так - 4 зірки.
