The last bar from Ara Chocolat, which I bought last summer in Paris — and just like the previous bars, this is a good, high-quality chocolate. It has a distinct, specific acidity, but it’s not aggressive — rather, very pleasant. There’s also indeed a slight honey-like finish at the end, although I’m not entirely sure about the promised nut notes. When you let the chocolate melt slowly, a slight astringency appears toward the end.
I’ll be happy to buy this tasty chocolate again when I get the chance.
This is definitely four stars — it’s simply pleasant to eat.
Остання плитка від Ara Chocolat, яку я придбав минулого літа в Парижі, і, як і попередні плитки, це хороший якісний шоколад. У ньому є виражена специфічна кислинка, але вона не агресивна, а дуже приємна. Також справді є трохи такого медового завершення в кінці, проте не впевнений щодо обіцяних горіхових нот. Коли шоколад повільно розсмоктувати, наприкінці з’являється легка терпкість.
Буду радий купити ще цього смачного шоколаду, коли з’явиться нагода.
Це однозначно четвірка — його приємно їсти.
