This is the second and final bar from Le Cabane de Grimm — a 72% Peru. The packaging doesn’t allow for long transport or storage, so these bars are eaten among the first. The chocolate itself still looks quite good — it hasn’t melted or lost its shine.
The initial taste is distinctly coffee-like — although there’s no actual coffee in the ingredients, it very much reminds me of a light cappuccino. The opening notes are quite pleasant, though later the flavor turns somewhat plastiline. Towards the end, a sharp acidity breaks through and keeps intensifying. It’s a very interesting flavor palette. For me, this is a solid, confident four stars.

Перший смак — це кава, хоча кави в складі немає, але це дуже нагадує якусь легеньку капучінку. Досить непогані вступні нотки, хоча згодом шоколад стає трохи більш пластиліновим на смак, потім під кінець пробирається така кислинка, яка прямо розкривається все більше й більше. Цікава смакова гамма. Це дуже непогано, як на мене — хороша впевнена четвірочка.
