This is our second bar from Chocolaterie Royale. This time it’s New Guinea, but still the same 73%. The bar is packaged the same way — silver foil paper and classic little squares.
It’s tasty, nothing extraordinary. In the finish there’s a bit of astringency, almost as if some extra cocoa powder was added, although it isn’t listed in the ingredients. Overall it’s not bad — it gets four stars from me. And depending on how much this chocolate costs, it may or may not be worth buying. If it’s too expensive, there’s definitely no reason to overpay, but overall it’s quite decent.

Смачно, нічого такого екстраординарного. В кінці трошки в'язкості, наче як від додаткового какао-порошку, хоча його в складі немає. В цілому непогано — отримує четвірку від мене. І дивлячись в залежності від того, скільки коштує цей шоколад, його можна купувати або не купувати. Якщо він надто дорогий — переплачувати точно немає за що, але в цілому це доволі пристойно.
