We purchased this bar while traveling, to be precise at a WholeFoods Market in Las Vegas. This is local chocolate, made in Las Vegas itself, so it will probably be difficult to find it elsewhere. I'm not a fan of Madagascar chocolate, it's too acidic to my palate. But to miss the opportunity to test the new 74% chocolate is too much :)
The shape of the chocolate seemed interesting to me, such hexagons. Perhaps it is sonehow connected with the name Hexx. The bar is small, 60 g, and here, too, by the way, the number six appears :)
I was also generally pleased with the taste, to be honest, unexpectedly. It was not too acidic, although a pleasant citrus notes were present. The chocolate was also fresh and, in my opinion, all together it deserved good four stars. Maybe not the strongest, but still a pretty decent four stars. Try it when you're in Vegas!
Цю плитку ми придбали під час подорожі, а саме в WholeFoods Marketу Лас-Вегасі. Це місцевий шоколад вироблений в самомуж Лас-Вегасі, тому в інших місцях його знайти скоріше за все буде важко. Я не фанат мадагаскарського шоколаду, як на мене він занадто кислий. Але й пропустити можливість протестувати новий 74% шоколад, це вже занадто :)
Цікавою мені здалася форма шоколаду, такі такі собі гексагони. Мабуть це пов'язано з назвою Hexx. Плитка невеличка 60 г, і тут теж, до речі, фігурує цифра шість :)
Смак мене теж в цілому порадував, чесно кажучи несподівано. Він не був аж занадто кислим, хоча приємна цитрусова кислинка такі була присутня. Шоколад також був свіжим і, як на мене, це все а разом заслуговувало на непогану таку четвірочку. Можливо не найсильнішу, але але доволі пристойну четвірку. Будете у Вегасі, пробуйте!
