80% Mexique by Le Lautrec

This is the second bar from Le Lautrec. The first one I really liked — this one, a bit less. It’s still a good, high-quality chocolate, a solid four stars, but it feels a bit heavier. The bitterness tastes as if it was just slightly overroasted. The aftertaste is quite short, but while the chocolate is melting, there’s a nice viscosity to it. I’ll definitely look for more bars from this producer.

Це друга плитка від Le Lautrec, перша дуже мені сподобалась, ця скажу одразу трошки менше. Це теж хороший якісний шоколад, тверда четвірка, але він трошки важчий. Його гіркота схожа, наче його трошки, трошки, зовсім трошки пересмажили. Післясмак у нього досить короткий, але поки шоколад не розтанув, відчувається така в'язкість. Треба ще буде знайти інший шоколад цього виробника.
