This is the second bar from Kasama Chocolate, and like the first one, I liked it too. It's a serious 88% cacao chocolate, but it doesn't taste like bitter dirt at all. Quite soft for 88%, the taste somehow reminded me of plums, maybe something like prunes, but not smoked, but more like a cross between fresh plums and prunes. Bitter taste, but a very soft finish with an unexpectedly medium length.
And I also liked the packaging and the color scheme, how red turns into green. I noticed this only when I was already photographing the bar.
Overall, I really liked it, a good four. I will try to find some options on how to get more of this Vancouver chocolate and I still have one bar in the fridge, I hope it will also be as good as it should be.
Це друга плитка від Kasama Chocolate, і як і перша ця теж мені сподобалася. Це серйозний шоколад з 88% какао, але він зовсім не схожий на гіркий бруд. Досить м'яко як для 88%, смак чимось мені нагадав сливи, можливо щось таке як чорнослив, але не копчений а більше щось середнє між свіжими сливами та чорносливом. Гіркуватий смак, але дуже м'яке закінчення несподівано середньої довжини.
А ще мені сподобалось упаковка і кольорове рішення як червоне переходить в зелене. Я помітив це тільки коли вже фотографував плитку.
В цілому дуже мені сподобалось, хороша четвірочка. Спробую знайти якісь варіанти як роздобути більше цього ванкуверського шоколаду і в мене ще є одна плиточка в холодильнику сподіваюсь вона теж буде як треба.
