This is the second and last Solstice bar I bought at WholeFoods Market if memory serves me right.
These bars from Solstice have very colorful, bright packaging and they really attract attention, but at the same time, it sometimes causes a little suspicion - is the manufacturer trying to hide something mediocre behind a bright wrapper. In my opinion, it is not so in this case, because I like chocolate. Their previous bar was also not bad.
On this bar, as on many other interesting bars, it is written what tastes or smells you should feel when you eat chocolate. Here we are promised brownies, and coconut and rich cocoa. The first thing that struck me was that all three flavors are really present in the smell. There really are brownies here and there really is coconut, although it is not in the ingredients list at all. It's very strange, but cool. It also tastes very much like a brownie and a very rich chocolate.
Cocoa is moderately bitter, because there is only 70% cocoa here, the rest is sugar. But in my opinion, this is quite high-quality chocolate and it is again a pleasant surprise. And I personally want to note these suns on the pieces of chocolate, it looks very cool, it's a great design solution.
If I have another chance to buy this chocolate, I will definitely do it. I advise everyone to try it, good four stars. It would be great if they tried to make at least 75-85% cocoa. It could be even better, or maybe not :)
Це друга і остання плитка Solstice яку я купив в WholeFoods Market якщо мені не зраджує пам'ять.
В цих плиток від Solstice дуже кольорова яскрава упаковка і вони дійсно пригортають увагу, але в той самий час трошки це іноді визиває таку підозру - чи не намагається виробник за яскравою обгорткою сховати щось посереднє. На мою думку це не так в цьому випадку, бо шоколад мені подобається. Попередня їх плитка теж була непоганою.
На цій плитці, як і на багатьох інших цікавих плитках, пишуть які смаки або запахи ви маєте відчути коли їсте шоколад. Тут нам обіцяють брауні, і кокос і таке насичене какао. Перше що мене вразило, це те що в запаху дійсно присутні всі ці три смаки. Тут дійсно є брауні і дійсно є кокос хоча у складі його немає взагалі. Це дуже дивно, але прикольно. На смак теж дуже смакує як брауні і дуже насичений шоколад.
Какао в міру гіркувате, бо тут всього-на-всього 70% какао, решта цукор. Але як на мене, це досить якісний шоколад і це знов таки приємне здивування. І ще особисто хочу відмітити оці сонечка на клаптиках шоколаду, це дуже круто виглядає, це прям суперське рішення.
Якщо в мене трапиться ще нагода купити цей шоколад обов'язково це зроблю. Всім раджу спробувати, хороша четвірка. Було б класно якщо б вони ще спробували зробити хоча б 75-85% какао. Це могло би бути ще краще, а може й ні :)
