72% Opus 5 by Zotter

An updated version of the already familiar Opus 5 tile from Zotter. And in this new version, cocoa has been slightly reduced: 72% instead of 75%. Which is a minus for me, but let's try.

As promised, cherries and apricots are very noticeable in the smell. And the taste was still very tasty, regardless of the smaller dose of cocoa. A very fine blend of five types of cocoa. The aftertaste is a little worse than the taste itself. But I can't give less than five stars.
I'm starting to think they're mixing drugs in there :)

P.S. by the way, even earlier, a similar bar made from a mixture of different cocoa beans was called Opus 2019, which, in my opinion, was better, because it emphasized the limited nature of the batch.

Оновлена версія вже знайомої нам плитки Opus 5 від Zotter. І в цій новій версії трошки поменшало какао: 72% замість 75%. Що як на мене мінус, але давайте спробуємо.
Як і обіцяно, у запаху дуже відчуваються черешні та абрикоси. І на смак вийшло все одно дуже смачно, не дивлячитсь на меншу дозу какао. Дуже чудова суміш із п'яти видів какао. Післясмак трохи гірший за сам смак. Але поставити менше п'яти зірок я не можу.
Мені починає здаватися, що вони підмішують туди наркотики :)

P.S. до речі, іще раніше, подібна плитка із суміші різних какао-бобів називалася Opus 2019, що, як на мене, було краще, адже підкреслювало лімітованість партії.
