I bought this neat, beautiful bar of Vietnamese chocolate somewhere in France. I really liked their minimalist-pretentious packaging. Inside, the chocolate sits in foil paper, and instead of some fancy pattern, it has classic square pieces. Unfortunately, the chocolate has a white bloom, but it’s still tasty. The aroma isn’t very bright, but maybe that’s because it’s cold indoors right now. The taste is initially quite simple and moderately sweet, but the aftertaste is dominated by a noble bitterness. As with many French chocolates, it’s simple but tasty — four stars.
Цю акуратну красиву плиточку в’єтнамського шоколаду я придбав десь у Франції. Мені дуже сподобались їхні мінімалістично-пафосні упаковки. Всередині шоколад лежить у фольгованому папері, і замість якогось модного візерунку тут класичні плиточки. На жаль, шоколад у білому нальоті, але все одно він смачний. Запах не сильно яскравий, але можливо це тому, що зараз холодно навіть у приміщенні. Смак спочатку доволі простий, в міру солодкий, але у післясмаку домінує благородна гіркота. Як і з багатьма французькими шоколадками, це просто, але смачно — чотири зірки.
