Another bar from Original Beans added to my collection! I think I bought it in Innsbruck, Austria, at the Xocolat chocolate store. Overall, I love their chocolate; I haven't had any disappointments from them yet, and this time is no exception. The chocolate is intriguing and simply well-made. The bar looks a bit like it has had a tough life, which isn't far from the truth considering it traveled with me from Austria through several countries and, which is more important, temperature changes. So it looks a bit like it's in bloom, but interestingly, it's also somewhat pale inside, and as we can read, is made from white beans or albino beans. This might also explain the rather light color of the chocolate.
It's quite sweet for a 75%, but not excessively so, with a pleasant acidity, somewhat citrusy, barberry-like. A bit floral scent, even somewhat floral-honeyed, slightly heavy, although not noticeable in the taste. The taste is rather light, unexpectedly. Very good, I enjoyed it, a solid four stars.
Ще одна плиточка від Original Beans в мою колекцію! Її я купив мені здається в Інсбруку, в Австрії, в магазині шоколаду Xocolat. Я в цілому люблю їх шоколад, у мене ще не було трійок від них і, скажу одразу, цей раз не виключення. Шоколад цікавий і він просто якісно зроблений. Плитка трошки має вигляд такий наче в неї було важке життя, що в цілому недалеко від істини, бо вона проїхала зі мною з Австрії через ще декілька країн і температурних перепадів що важливіше. Тож вона виглядає трошки ніби як вона у якомусь нальоті, але, що цікаво, всередині вона теж така білувата, і як ми можемо прочитати вона зроблена з білих бобів або бобів альбіносів. І це також може пояснити досить світлий колір шоколаду.
Вона досить солодка як на 75%, але не занадто, є приємна така кислота, якась цитрусова, барбарисова. Трошки квітковий запах, такий навіть квітково-медовий, важкуватий трошки, хоча у смаку цього не відчувається. Смак неважкий як можна було б очікувати. Дуже добре, мені сподобалось, хороша впевнена четвірочка.
