Danial is one of the shops in Vancouver that sell chocolate. At least that's what Google told me. But in reality, this shop turned out to be more of a sweets shop, because most of the bars were not pure chocolate. There were candies, there were other goodies with added sugar, and this bar turned out to be the purest chocolate with a sufficient amount of cocoa.
I think there was also 100% chocolate, but on my list it's reserved for the very proven masters, because making eatable 100% chocolate is sort of a skill. Well, in principle, my expectations were confirmed here - average Belgian chocolate, not bad, but nothing interesting. There are many other cool bars for the same money. Therefore, here are we got humble 3 stars.
Daniel - це один з магазинчиків Ванкуверу в яких продають шоколад. Принаймні так мені пдіказав Google. Але насправді цей магазин виявився скоріше магазином солодощів, тому що більшість плиток були не з чистим шоколадом. Були там цукерки, були інші смаколики з додаванням цукру, і ця плитка виявилася самим чистим шоколад з достатньою кількостю какао.
Мені здається там ще була стовідсоткова плитка, але в моєму списку це зарезервовано для дуже перевірених майстрів, тому що приготувати їстівний стовідсотковий шоколад - це той ще скіл. Ну і в принципі, тут мої очікування підтвердилися - середньостатистичний бельгійський шоколад, непоганий але нічого і цікавого. Є багато інших класних плиток за такіж гроші. Тому тут тільки 3 зірки.
