This chocolate was bought in Paris, in the shop of the same name Ara Chocolat. I bought three bars there, this is one of them — probably the darkest, 88%, and it is Peruvian Chuncho. The bar itself is small, 60 g, although the packet it is packed in looks like there is more inside. I am not a fan of such packaging, as regular readers of this site already know. But what I liked is that this packet can be opened and resealed. Although I don’t know how long one would really need to open and reseal a packet with only 60 g of chocolate :) so probably they could have done without it.
The chocolate is good, of good quality, with a very pronounced acidity, and it really reminds me of berries. The packaging suggests red berries, but for me, it is more like blackberry, which is not a red berry. There is also a bit of black tea bitterness and a light astringency. Overall, very good as for 88% — this is a solid four stars.

Шоколад хороший, якісний, з дуже вираженою кислинкою, і це дійсно нагадує мені ягоди. Упаковка підказує, що це мають бути червоні ягоди, але як на мене, це навіть щось від ожини, яка не є червоною ягодою. Також є трішки гіркоти від чорного чаю і легка терпкість. В цілому дуже непогано, як для 88% — це солідна четвірочка.
