Another Costa Rican bar, which especially in aroma reminds me of the whole range of Costa Rican chocolate we've already tried - a bit of light floral notes. The bar is small, packed in foil-lined plastic, which didn’t save it from the heat - it’s all covered in a white bloom.
I think what saves this bar is the addition of cocoa nibs - probably one of my favorite chocolate add-ins. Overall, the taste is decent, though not particularly interesting, but the extra bitterness from the cacao nibs brings this bar up to four stars.
Ще одна костариканська плитка, яка особливо за ароматом нагадує весь цей асортимент костариканського шоколаду, який ми вже пробували - трохи легкої квітковості. Плиточка маленька, запакована у фольгований пластик, який не врятував її від температури - вся покрита білим нальотом.
Мені здається, що цю плитку рятує додавання крихти какао - напевно, це один з моїх найулюбленіших додатків до шоколаду. В цілому смак теж нічогенький, хоча й не особливо цікавий, але ця додаткова гірчинка від какао-бобів дотягує плитку до чотирьох зірок.
