Classic chocolate from Zotter. This bar is not part of the Labooko series, and certainly not part of the Hand-Scooped series, where all bars are filled. But this does not prevent this bar from taking an honorable place on the shelf among the strong fours.
The chocolate is most likely a mixture, since the country of origin of the cocoa is not specified, but this does not make it any less tasty. It's sweet enough, of course. Probably due to the fact that 70% of cocoa includes not only ground cocoa, which gives bitterness and taste, but also cocoa butter, which helps to make chocolate soft and pleasant. And Zotter, as we know from experience, does not save on cocoa butter. This sweetness is floral-honey, but at the same time it does not cross the line when the chocolate tastes like caramel. There is a bit of light astringency in the finish, which ends quickly.
It's certainly safe to buy, especially if you want something sweet.
