This Spanish chocolate bar, at least as I understood from the packaging, came to me somewhere in Europe last year. I don’t remember exactly where. Maybe if I looked through my photo archive, I’d figure it out, but it’s probably not important, so I won’t.
The packaging looks decent, but up close it’s less impressive. First, the company name is “Organiko.” Right away, you get the feeling this is more about the company than the chocolate itself, and maybe chocolate isn’t even their main product.
Inside is a plastic pouch, and the chocolate has almost no aroma - almost sterile. There’s only a faint scent of some vanilla.
The taste is interesting because there’s definitely salt in the chocolate, even though it’s not listed in the ingredients. And it’s not just a random grain - the whole bar has a salty note. You can’t see it, but the taste makes it clear. The salt doesn’t ruin the overall impression, but it’s very noticeable, and the fact that it’s not listed is a bit odd and doesn’t add trust in the producer. The packaging promises fruitiness and a light tang, but neither is present. It tastes like cheap supermarket chocolate.
Aside from the salt, the flavor is quite bland. So this is a simple three stars - not terrible, but not interesting at all.
Ця плитка іспанського, принаймні, як я зрозумів з упаковки, шоколаду дісталася до мене десь у Європі минулого року. Не пам’ятаю, де саме це було. Можливо, якщо підняти фотоархів, усе якось з’ясується. Але, мабуть, це й не важливо, тож я цього робити не буду.
Упаковка виглядає непогано, але коли дивишся на неї трохи ближче, вже не так весело. По-перше, назва шоколадної компанії - Органіко. Одразу починаєш розуміти, що це, напевно, не стільки про шоколад, скільки про саму компанію, і, можливо, шоколад - це не їхній основний продукт.
Всередині - пластиковий пакетик, і шоколад майже не пахне. От просто стерильно. Лише трохи відчувається запах якоїсь ванілі.
На смак це цікаво тим, що в шоколаді точно є сіль, хоча у складі її немає. І це не якась випадкова крупинка, а вся плитка має в собі сіль. Візуально її не видно, але смак стовідсотково говорить про її присутність. Вона не псує загальне враження, але дуже помітна. І той факт, що її немає в складі, як на мене, трохи дивний. Довіри до виробника це не додає. Також упаковка обіцяє фруктовість і легку кислинку, але ні того, ні іншого тут немає. Це смакує як дешевий маркет-шоколад.
Смак, окрім цієї солі, доволі невиразний. Тож це простенька трійка. Не дуже погано, але й абсолютно не цікаво.
