A new bar from Trader Joe's passport. Papua New Guinea. An interesting smoky taste, which chocolate probably acquired during fermentation. Because I don't see any "smoke" flavors in the list of ingredients. Very sweet and a little tart. I would have liked a little more cocoa and less sugar, but overall a good four. There is also some strange aftertaste, but it is almost imperceptible. So there will be four.
Нова плиточка із паспорта Тредера Джо. Папуа Нова Гвінея. Цікавий прикопчений смак, який мабуть шоколад набув під час ферментації. Бо ніяких ароматизаторів "димок" я у списку інгредієнтів не бачу. Дуже солодко і трохи терпкувато. Я хотів би трохи більше какао і менше цукру, але в цілому непогана четвірка. Є тут ще якийсь дивний присмак, але майже непомітний. Тож четвірці бути.
