70% Papua New Guinea Passport by Trader Joe's

A new bar from Trader Joe's passport. Papua New Guinea. An interesting smoky taste, which chocolate probably acquired during fermentation. Because I don't see any "smoke" flavors in the list of ingredients. Very sweet and a little tart. I would have liked a little more cocoa and less sugar, but overall a good four. There is also some strange aftertaste, but it is almost imperceptible. So there will be four.

Дуже солодко і трохи терпкувато. Я хотів би трохи більше какао і менше цукру, але в цілому непогана четвірка. Є тут ще якийсь дивний присмак, але майже непомітний. Тож четвірці бути.
