72% Brazil by Zotter

And again Zotter hits the bullseye! In front of us is 72% chocolate from Brazil. I can’t say that Brazilian beans are very high in my personal ranking, but this chocolate is worthy of praise.

It has everything I need: it is moderately sweet; it has such a slight acidity, especially at the end; there is enough bitterness in the aftertaste; there are caramel notes that I like. In general, it was very difficult for me to stop "sampling" this chocolate. Although when you think of something cherry-lemon-sugar-caramel like, then nothing good seems to come of it. But this bar proves the opposite. Another five stars in the piggy bank!

І знову Zotter вражає в ціль! Перед нами 72% шоколад із Бразилії. Я не можу сказати, що бразильські боби дуже високо стоять у моєму персональному рейтингу, але цей шоколад гідний похвали.
