Dutch bar, bought at the Amsterdam chocolate shop Chocolatl. I do not remember if I chose it myself or on the advice of the owner of the shop.
Packaging is very simple both outside and inside. Plastic bag. Gray carton. It seemed funny to me that on the packaging it is written that this is single origin bean-to-bar chocolate, but there's no a notice about what country those beans came from.
The bar looks pretty classic. A smell has some sharp acidity. I did not really like the taste, although there is something in it. And something, probably, acid, reminded me pure Raaka bars. There is sweetness, but there is not much of it, more bitterness and acidity. And some strange aftertaste, which does not allow me to give this bar 4 stars, so only 3 stars for now.
Голландська плитка, куплена в амстердамському магазині шоколаду Chocolatl. Не пам'ятаю, вибрав я її сам чи за порадою господаря крамниці.
Упаковка дуже проста як зовні, так і всередині. Пластиковий пакет. Сірий картон. Забавним мені здалося те, що на упаковці написано, що ця плитка зроблена повністю з бобів з однієї плантації, але ніде я не виявив країну виробництва какао-бобів.
Плитка виглядає класично. Запах із різкою кислинкою. Смак мені не дуже сподобався, хоч щось у ній є. І чимось, мабуть, кислим, нагадав чисті плитки Raaka. солодкість є, але її не багато, переважають швидше гіркота і кислота. І ще якийсь присмак. який не дає мені поставити цій плитці 4 зірки, так що тільки 3 зірки.
