I bought this bar in Kyiv's Good Wine. Once upon a time I already bought 73% chocolate from Bovetti, and I bought it right here. Then the chocolate seemed good enough, but there was a lot of white bloom on it. I decided to try my luck again. This time it was a little better with bloom, but apparently this thin plastic is not particularly suitable for storing chocolate for longer than a week.
There was very little of raspberry in chocolate (2% to be precise) and then only on the back side of the bar. So raspberries can only be noticed at the first moment. The chocolate is generally not bad, but I can't give it higher than 3 stars. But now this ghost of Bovetti Chocolate finally let me go and I can walk past it with peace of mind :)
Цю плитку я купив у київському Good Wine. Колись давно я вже купував 73% шоколад від Bovetti, і купував саме тут. Тоді шоколад здався цілком придатним, але на ньому була купа нальоту. Я вирішив випробувати долю ще раз. Цього разу з нальотом було трохи краще, але цей тонкий пластик не особливо підходить для зберігання шоколаду довше ніж тиждень. Малини у шоколаді виявилося зовсім небагато, 2% і то тільки на задній стороні плитки. Так що малину можна побачити тільки в перший момент. Шоколад в цілому хороший, але вище 3 зірок дати йому не можу. Зате тепер цей привид Bovetti мене відпустив і я зможу проходити повз нього зі спокійною душею :)
