75% Belize Maya Mountain by Ritual Chocolate

The second and the last bar from Ritual Chocolate which I bought in Utah. 75%, everything is as it should be. Very nice packaging, same as last time. The chocolate is fresh because they pack the chocolate in a sealed bag that keeps the chocolate in grate state. They definitely get 5 stars for the packaging.

The smell of chocolate is very good, although not very strong. The taste is sweetish, a little tart, such a light sourness of citrus, as if you are tasting some kind of caramel or chocolate cake with something citrusy. The taste is a little heavy, but very pleasant, very good four stars in general. Ritual holds the brand.

Друга і остання плитка від Ritual Chocolate куплена в Юті. 75%, все як треба. Дуже гарна упаковка, така як і минуло разу. Шоколад свіженький, тому що пакують вони шоколад у запаяний пакетик який дуже добре зберігає шоколад. За пакування вони точно отримують 5 зірочок.
Пахне шоколад дуже добре, хоча не сильно яскраво. Смак солодкуватий, трошки терпкуватий, така легка кислинка цитрусових, так ніби смакуєш якусь карамель або шоколадний торт з чимось цитрусовим. Трошки важкуватий такий смак, але дуже приємний, дуже хороша четвірка загалом. Ritual тримають марку.
