This small bar from Chocolate Tree, along with two others, was picked up at a chocolate shop in the covered market in Oxford. We've had this Scottish chocolate before, and I believe it was their Colombia bar. If I recall correctly, I wasn’t too impressed with it back then, but it had been not quite fresh.
This time, the bar seems to have held up well and has a very appealing chocolatey color.
It’s a good chocolate overall — I like it. The flavor has a medium weight to it; it's not heavy, but there’s something floral and refreshing about it, though not in a minty way. Sometimes that kind of freshness comes from acidity, but I can’t quite pinpoint the exact note here. Otherwise, everything is fairly standard, with a short finish.
A decent initial four-star rating, as I see it.

Зараз же плитка непогано збереглася і має дуже приємний шоколадний колір.
Це наче хороший шоколад, вцілому мені все подобається. Смак середньої важкості, він не важкий, але в ньому є щось таке квітково-освіжаюче, проте не м'ятне. Іноді така свіжість буває від якоїсь кислинки, але я не зовсім можу вловити що це за присмак. В іншому все довольно стандартно, недовгий післясмак.
Непогана початкова четвірочка, як на мене.
