New bar from Zotter, this time from São Tomé. I bought it from the Austrian online store, but now it is available in the American one as well. For some reason, I am wary of chocolate from São Tomé, not sure why, but I trust Zotter.
The bar was stored in a wine fridge and, as usual, I took it out to warm it up to room temperature. But it's almost winter outside and it feels even at home :) and the bar remained cold and hard even after 3 days. Which, of course, affects the taste. As a result, the bar seemed to me not bad, but a bit too oily. Apparently a lot of cocoa butter. Let's stop on the modest four stars.
Нова плитка від Zotter, цього разу із Сан-Томе. Її я придбав у австрійському онлайн магазині, але зараз вона доступна вже і в американському. Я чомусь насторожено ставлюся до шоколаду із Сан-Томе, сам не знаю чому, але Zotter'у я довіряю.
Плитка зберігалася у винному холодильнику і я, як і зазвичай, дістав її щоб вона прогрілася до кімнатної температури. Але на вулиці майже зима та й вдома теж :) і плитка залишилася холодною та твердою навіть після 3 днів. Що, звісно, впливає на розкриття смаку. У результаті плитка видалася мені гарною, але занадто жирною. Мабуть багато какао масло. Зупинимося на скромній четвірці.
