This is the third and last bar from Kasama Chocolate, it is with rum and has a respectable 75% cocoa. Fantastic packaging, just very cool as for me. Additional info sheet with information about the rum, and about the chocolate itself. The previous bars were not so decorated, but the packaging of this bar says that it is a special release. And this basically explains why it is so packaged. The pattern of the bar itself is quite classic and, compared to the packaging of the chocolate, rather boring.
The smell is pleasant, alcoholic-floral, sweet.
Alcohol can be felt in the taste, but very subtly. That is, I won't give it to children, but of course you can't get drunk from it. This is the story when alcohol really complements and does not dominate, it does not take over the entire taste as it sometimes happens, but here it slightly tints the chocolate.
It tastes like something really caramely and tart at the same time, like spices, but that's most likely from the rum. Notes of rum are also present in the aftertaste.
In my opinion, this is a very high-quality good four, chocolate is not cheap, but it is a pleasure to eat it from time to time.
Це третя і остання плитка від та Kasama Chocolate, вона з ромом і має поважні 75% какао. Фантастична упаковка, просто дуже крута, як на мене. Додатковий вкладиш з інформацією про ром, про сам шоколад, попередні плитки не були так оздоблені, але на упаковці цієї плитки написано, що це спеціальний реліз. І це в принципі пояснює чому вона так упакована. Розмітка самої плитки доволі класична і порівняно з упаковкою шоколаду досить така скучна.
Запах приємний, алкогольно-квітковий, солодкуватий.
В смаку алкоголь відчувається, але дуже тонко. Тобто дітям я його не дам, але сп'яніти від нього звісно не можна. Це та історія коли алкоголь дійсно доповнює і він не домінує, він не перебуває весь смак як іноді буває, а тут він трошечки відтінює шоколад.
Смакує щось дійсно таке карамельне і водночас таке терпкувате, як спеції, але це скоріше за все це від рому. Нотки рому присутні і у після смаку.
Як на мене це дуже якісна хороша четвірочка, шоколад недешевий, але час від часу таке їсти - із задоволенням.
