80% Dark Chocolate by Francisco Bresco

Spanish chocolate with 80% of cocoa.
When we got to the Francisco Bresco store, I didn’t have any particular hopes, as there were a lot of sweets, milk chocolate and all of that. I asked them for the darkest chocolate and they offered me this 80% bar, and in general there were no other options.

Packaging is quite simple and from the point of view of storing chocolate, it is not the most profitable, because this window allows light to pass through plastic.

But, fortunately, chocolate didn't melt and looks pretty decent.
It smells a bit bitter and nothing else. It tasted quite sweet to me, as for 80%, I was expecting for more bitterness. Not bad, but not that I'm delighted with this chocolate. Plain simple dark bitter chocolate with no frills - three stars.

Коли ми потрапили до магазину Francisco Bresco, я не відчував жодних особливих надій, тому що там продавалося дуже багато солодощів, молочного шоколаду та всього такого. Я запитав у них про темний шоколад і вони запропонували мені цю 80% плитку, та й загалом інших варіантів там не було.
Упаковка досить проста і з погляду зберігання шоколаду не найвигідніша, тому що це віконце дозволяє світлу проходити крізь пластик.

Але, на щастя, шоколад не розплавився і має досить пристойний вигляд.
Пахне трохи гіркотою і мабуть більше особливо нічим. На смак мені здалося досить солодко, як для 80%, я чекав більше гіркоти. Непогано, але не те, щоб я в захваті від цього шоколаду. Дуже простий без цікавинок темний гіркий шоколад - три зірки.
