80% Trinidad Moruga by Ritual Chocolate

This is the second bar from my Secret Santa gift (Thanks Yang!). I have seen this chocolate, or rather different bars from Ritual Chocolate, several times in America and even in Europe. But it always seemed very expensive to me. And now I've got some of it in the form of a limited edition Trinidad chocolate bar.

Fancy and, for sure, expensive packaging and a thin 60 grams dark brown, almost black, bar with a branded pattern.
The smell is delicious - dried cherries and chocolate. And even the taste had something of sweet dried cherries, although it got 80% of cocoa. Quite a lot of pleasant acid and a little more of that burnt wood taste, especially at the end. Reminds me of Dick Taylor chocolate, but more bitter than acidic. Very high quality chocolate, strong four stars!

Це друга плитка з подарунка від мого Секретного Санти (Дякую Yang!). Цей шоколад, вірніше різні плитки від Ritual Chocolate, я спостерігав кілька разів і в Америці, і навіть у Європі. Але він завжди здавався мені дуже дорогим. І ось він все ж таки потрапив до мене у вигляді плитки з обмеженої серії Тринідадського шоколаду.

Крута і, напевно, дорога упаковка і тоненька 60-грамова темно-коричнева, майже чорна, плитка з брендованим візерунком.
Запах дуже смачний - сушені вишні та шоколад. І навіть в самому смаку було щось від солодких сушених вишень, хоча тут і 80% какао. Досить багато приємної кислоти та ще трохи такого смаку паленого дерева, особливо наприкінці. Нагадало мені шоколад від Dick Taylor, але більше у бік гіркоти, а не кислоти. Дуже якісний шоколад, тверда четвірка!
