We have already been familiar with Vivani before and for me it was a good four stars chocolate. But this time, the stakes go up and I have an 85% bar on my table, originally from the Dominican Republic.
I love Dominican cocoa, although I still don't associate Vivani with complex flavors such as Zotter, Pralus or other bean-to-bar manufacturers. And in general, I was right, there were only few different shades in the taste. And the main thing was the coffee bitterness, but it was so soft, almost like in Milkboy. The ending is pleasant, just a little bit sweet. My verdict is good 4 stars. I need to buy more Vivani!
З Vivani ми вже були знайомі і раніше, і для мене це був гарний четвірковий шоколад. Але цього разу ставки підвищуються і в мене на столі лежить 85% плитка, родом із Домініканської Республіки. Домініканське какао я люблю, хоча Vivani все ж таки не асоціюється у мене зі складними смаковими відтінками, як наприклад Zotter, Pralus або інші bean-to-bar Виробники. В цілому, я мав рацію, у смаку було мало різних відтінків. І головною була кавова гіркота, але вона була така м'яка, майже як у Milkboy. Закінчення приємне, зовсім трохи солодке. Мій вердикт - хороші 4 зірки. Потрібно буде придбати ще Vivani!
