Today we open a bunch of "passports" from Trader Joe's. The idea is very similar to the pyramids made by Pralus. A stack of small chocolate bars made of cocoa from different countries.
And we'll start with the sweetest Peru of 60% of cocoa. The bar is really small. And very sweet, well, very sweet. But the quality of the chocolate itself pleasantly surprised me. No off-flavors, pure good chocolate. Even though there is little cocoa and a lot of sugar, I give it four. Those with a sweet tooth will definitely like it.
